David E. Stumpf
NEW KENSINGTON
David E. Stumpf, 76, of New Kensington, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, May 4, 2022.
He was born June 3, 1945, in Cumberland, Md., to the late Harold C. and Suzette (Ealy) Stumpf. David lived his entire life in New Kensington, where he was an electrical engineer. He was a member of First United Presbyterian Church, Tarentum. David was a graduate of New Kensington High School and earned his electrical degree from CCAC. He was a music composer for band organs at amusement parks. Survivors include his brother, Harold E. (Mary Linn) Stumpf, of Oakmont; best friend and executor, Neil W. (Irina) Collins, and his sons Justin and Brandon Collins, friend, Glenn Collins, all of Natrona Heights; and also a good friend, Albert Spencer, of North Carolina. A private family viewing was held at 5 p.m. Wednesday until the time of service at 7 p.m. in DUSTER FUNERAL HOME INC., 347 E. 10th Ave., Tarentum, 724-224-1526, with his pastor, the Rev. Philip A.
